Our Policies



Payment Policy: Packages must be pre-paid in full before the start of the first lesson, unless other arrangements have been made with your instructor.

For group lessons, please make sure that all the monies are collected beforehand so the instructor does not have to collect payments individually or make change.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after the completion of the first class. If you cancel, you will be refunded the money for the remaining lessons. After the first lesson, no further refunds will be available.

Cancellation Policy: It is the responsibility of the client to notify us of canceled lessons at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If not, lessons cannot be rescheduled and lesson fees are forfeited. Lessons can only be canceled and/or rescheduled by contacting your personal instructor.

Swimming Lesson Guidelines:

  • Please maintain the schedule as agreed upon by you and the instructor
  • Please be ready when instructor arrives; classes start upon instructor’s arrival
  • Pool temperature should be comfortable for both the instructor and the student. If the pool is too cold for student/instructor you will still be charged for the lesson
  • It is the client's responsibility to make sure that the pool is full, clean and safe for student and instructor before the first lesson
  • Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers while in the pool
  • All classes will be held on rainy days unless there is danger presented by lightning
  • Lifeguard Rules and Policies

    Pool Rules:

  • Listen to the lifeguard at all times
  • No running on the pool deck
  • No diving in the pool
  • No rough play
  • No inflatable devices are allowed in the pool. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed. (No built-in floatie bathing suits)
  • Non-swimmers must wear Coast Guard approved life jackets, stay in the shallow end of the pool and be accompanied by an adult
  • Swim diapers must be worn by children that are not potty trained
  • Pool water must be clean and well-maintained
  • Scheduled breaks from water activities should be scheduled every hour to give guests and lifeguards a break.

  • Payment Policy: Payment can be made in check or cash at the completion of the event. Two hour minimum is required.
  • Cancellation Policy: It is the responsibility of the client to notify us of a canceled event at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. If not notified within 24 hours, client will still be charged for the two-hour minimum.
